About Us

Willowbrook Heights Homeowners Association

Welcome to Willowbrook Heights! It is an outstanding place to raise a family, work, obtain an education, or retire. Our neighborhood is close to shopping, businesses, along with places to worship, and health facilities.  It is a short drive to obtain medical services, grocery stores, and gas stations.  We are close to Amon Creak walking trails with several walking/running/biking trails in the area.

The community is known for its mild weather with 300 days of sun each year with an annual precipitation of less than eight inches.  The weather is frequently sunny and dry.  Richland is part of the Tri-Cities, which is located at the confluence of the Yakima, Snake, and Columbia rivers.

The area also has excellent school systems.  Even though we are in the city of Richland, our school district is Kennewick.  The school are as follows:  Cottonwood Elementary, Desert Hills Middle School, and Kamiakin High School.  If you have questions about school boundaries call Kennewick School District at (509)222-5000.

Willowbrook Heights has a small park owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association (HOA).  The park amenities include a full-sized basketball court and playground equipment for the younger children.  We welcome all residents and their guests.

Willowbrook Heights is a sought-after neighborhood of aesthetically pleasing streets and homes.  Homeowners take great pride in keeping the neighborhood clean and maintained.  With an active HOA, Willowbrook is able to keep home values without being overcritical of their neighbors.

Communication is essential to our success and the HOA works hard to keep all homeowners updated on community issues and events.
